The Customer connection cost is $75.00 for Prepaid 12 Month Fixed Rate Plan. The Customer connection cost is $49.00 for Month to Month Plan. When consumer electricity starts to run low ONXY Energy will send alert by text or email. Consumer must pay connection cost before service is rendered.
The conditions of service with ONXY Energy is consumer must have SMS (Smartphone) text capable phone or email account that is active and can receive Energy Alerts**** Consumers must have a smart meter.
Consumer are anyone at the service address cannot be designated as a critical care or chronic condition resident. **
